More information | Yoga Workout -class is a full body workout that includes some basic yoga moves with using only body weight. We are going to be stronger and balanced while doing some intense bodyweight training influenced by classic yoga moves. There is one interval section part of this class where heart rate is going to rise up and it is going to be sweaty. This class targets mainly on deep muscles and core but the legs and arms will be worked out as well. You don`t need to have any earlier experience of yoga because the moves are simple and easy to follow. This workout will be done with bare foot only. Take a water bottle and a little towel with you to the class and if you have your own yoga mat please take it with you. If you use your own yoga may you don`t need to enroll! NOTICE: the blue matresses in Studentia are too slippery for this class. |
