| More information | In this class you get used to the aerial hoop and aerial hammock (aerial silk forming a loop). With both instruments, you can move yourself in different ways closer to the ceiling, which increases strength, flexibility and happiness. Aerial acrobatics are both fun and challenging at the same time. Equipment you’ll need in the class: -long, skinny and stretchy pants -a shirt that covers at least the shoulders -a small towel to dry the hoop -all the sharp details must be covered or removed (jewelry, zippers etc..) |
