| More information | Tai Shin Mun for SYKETTÄ users (Da Sheng Men, The School of The Great Sage), also known as monkey-kung fu, is a traditional Chinese martial art. It is encompasses all the elements of a traditional martial art style. As a comprehensive system it includes; martial art techniques for self defence, traditional massage, and physical hardening- and breathing-exercises. Tai Shin Mun is not a sport and therefore does not include competition. The purpose of training is to improve ones health and enhance fortitude. The style suits all sizes, ages and sexes. For training you need simple indoor training gear: t-shirt, loose pants, no shoes needed. We teach in Finnish and in English. More information: http://www.taishinmun.fi/ |
