| More information | Exchange students and english-speaking students and personnel warmly welcomed! :) What? Delicious food on a budget -cooking class on Thursday 6.2. at 16.30 pm. During the evening we'll be cooking different sweet and savory dishes which are nutritious and cheap-to-make. The evening will be held mostly in Finnish, however instructions and recipes can be translated in English as well. Course will be held by SYKETTÄ nutritional specialist Tiia Vuorenmaa. You're warmly welcome to join us! MENU (small changes may apply): • Lentil soup • Crispy chickpeas • Oat bead • Blood orange salad • Colourful couscous salad • Garlic potatoes • Homemade crispy fish bites • Sour cream dressing • Carrot cake Where? University of Eastern Finland, Canthia Building, 4th floor, Room Ca 402 (Learning kitchen). Cost? 8 € per person, payment details will be send separately after the enrollment.
