| More information | You have a possibilty to come and try new trial Escrima Concepts. These Tuesdays: 10.1. , 14.2. , 14.3., 11.4. and 9.5. Place: Snellmania building, mirror hall, 2.floor Snellmania main door is clocked. Please come to the door C and knock the door C. Escrima is originally a Filipino martial art. Its difference to many other martial arts is that the training uses weapons from the beginning (rattan stick). The use of weapons alongside unarmed combat quickly develops agility, coordination, and reflexes. Escrima Concepts is a straightforward, effective and fast-paced martial art. It is built around the same concepts, both armed and unarmed. Escrima Concepts is suitable for all men and women over the age of 16. For classes, you will need indoor sportswear and shoes.
