| More information | SYKETTÄ Kuopio and Kunnonsali organize Clean and jerk workshop where you learn the basics of clean and jerk. Movements are reviewed step by step and the focus is on learning the technique and mechanics of the lifts. The content of the workshop is suitable for lifters of all levels, so now you have a good opportunity to tame the barbell and learn the basics of weightlifting. The workshop is held by instructor, physical trainer and PT Eemeli Sissonen, licensed by the Finnish Weightlifting Association.
