| More information | Cheerleading is an energetic team sport combining dance, gymnastics, stunts and pyramids. It thrives on inclusivity, welcoming diverse participants regardless of gender, body type, or skill level. It is affordable sport with minimal equipment needs. For cheerleading and hip hop you need indoor shoes. For cheerdance socks or dancing slippers is all you need. Dress comfortably in sports clothes. Stunts and acrobatics are learned in cheerleading class. Hip-hop is a compact class where you learn a short choreography. Dance technique and the pom dance characteristic of the sport are taught in cheerdance class. |
