More information Has studying made you anxious? Do you crave a safe space where to let your hair down and go a little crazy? Do you want to let go of shame and show yourself to the world? Come and laugh with us! Laughter yoga is a well-being class that aims to reduce stress, make us feel better and more confident and create cohesiveness. The class consists of easy and fun practices that prepare our laughter muscles for a laughter meditation that’ll be kept at the end of the class. There will also be a short relaxation at the end so that you are both energised and relaxed after the class. Only thing you need to bring is an open mind and an ability to laugh! Ps. Laughing is not mandatory!

Remember to cancel your registration at the latest 24 hours before the event unless another day is mentioned in the event description. Cancellation is possible via the sports calendar on the SYKETTÄ website's front page, in the same way as registration. Failure to cancel or late cancellation will result in a €10 fee. When you register for the event, you agree to the cancellation fee policy.
