| More information | Join us in celebrating Valentine's Day with an energizing indoor cycling class! NOTICE: Enrolling a place on 13th/14th Feb, you reserve a place only for yourself! Enjoy a heartwarming workout with your friend on Wednesday, February 14th, from 8 PM to 9 PM! We promise great music, sweaty moments, and, above all, fun together! Sign up for the class by February 12th via SYKETTÄ sports calendar - you'll also reserve a spot for your friend! Your friend doesn't need a SYKETTÄ sticker as long as they are a member of the university community. If you're coming alone, enroll normally and send a message to Sports coordinator Tiitta at tiitta.raatikainen@savonia.fi by February 12th. We'll open up any remaining bike spots on Tuesday, February 13th. Indoor cycling is a sport for everyone regardless of skill or fitness level. If you can ride a bike - even with training wheels - you can handle an indoor cycling class. In this class heart rate remains high most of the time and reaches maximum levels from time to time. In the end you determine the resistance for yourself so it is possible to do a harder or an easier work-out regardless of instructions. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk.
