| More information | Welcome to Running School! Running school includes a lecture (on Thursday 25th April at 18.00–20.00) and 4 x 90 min trainings. The lecture is held at Microkatu campus, Microkatu 1. Meeting at A lobby at 17.55. The lecture is about the basics of endurance training and planning your own training program. After lecture you will be informed about the places for trainings. Trainings: - on Mondays at 18.00–19.30 - 29.4., 6.5., 13.5. and 20.5. - Basic endurance exercise - 2x speed endurance training, - playing with speeds: speed endurance, maximum endurance and speed intervals - coordination and technique training is done a little bit in every time Enroll: Via the sports calendar. When you enroll for the first class you enroll for the whole course. The enrolling is binding and you are obliged to pay the sports fee after enrolling. Price: 30 €/person. Payment details from the instructor. Participation in the course requires a valid SYKETTÄ sticker.
