GROUP SIZE? Minimum 10 and max 15 participants. INSTRUCTOR? Valo Valve The classes include a careful warm-up and sport-specific mobility and strength training. In acrobatics, we focus on basic movements, such as somersaults, handstands, cartwheels and various variations of these. We also work a little in pairs and explore different ways to move on the surface of the floor and between the lower and upper levels. At the end of each lesson, there will be a movement phrase, where we combine the movements already done in the lesson and practice fluency and tying the movements together. You are welcome to the course, whether you are taking an acrobatics class for the first time or you already know the basics and want to strengthen your skills. We recommend long-legged training pants. We do not recommend the course if you have an injury or back pain. ENROLLING? Via Sports Calendar. Enrolling and cancellation must be done no later than Friday, September 27th at 12:00 (AM). If the course has at least 10 participants by this deadline, the course will take place. If you cancel your participation after the deadline, you are obliged to pay a penalty fee of 10e. |
