Ask the stamp from the class to your Appropass from the instructor or info. Effective aerobic training. In class, you step on a board, the height of which you can adjust yourself. The class especially loads the muscles of the legs as well as the respiratory and circulatory system. Flowing choreography and incendiary music complete your exercise experience. In this class, everyday worries will be forgotten! |
