More information	SYKETTÄ Kuopio Appro class. A limited number of Appropasses are at ISYY's tsto and SAVOTTA's cafés from 30 September onwards. Ask the stamp from the class to your Appropass from the instructor or info. In a Pilates class we focus on body control. We activate deep core muscles and focus on the muscle work throughout the body. Wear normal sportswear and take bottle of water with you.
