| More information | SYKETTÄ Kuopio Appro class. A limited number of Appropasses are at ISYY's tsto and SAVOTTA's cafés from 30 September onwards. Ask the stamp from the class to your Appropass from the instructor or info. In an Aerial yoga class we do yoga asanas using a sling. Asanas are done inside the sling and on the floor using the sling as a support. You should wear leggings and a long shirt, that covers your armpits. There shouldn’t be any zippers or other sharp objects in your clothes. |
