| More information | Functional training is an effective class which is guaranteed to get your heart beating and blood pumping! In this class we will use different kinds of functional training methods, for example bodyweight training and kettlebells. Take comfy sports clothes, water, a small towel and a great deal of attitude with you in this class! Cancel your enrollment at least 4 hours prior to the start of the session. Enrolling for the morning classes that start before 10 a.m. must be cancelled at latest 12 hours prior. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk. Please follow all the safety recommendations and regulations given. |
