| More information | NOTICE!! The front door of Raittiustalo is opened 15 minutes before the class starts and is closed during the class. There is none changing rooms. There is a one quite roomy toilet on the street level and a lobby and toilets on the ground floor where you can change clothes. Shower facilities are not available. REMEMBER to bring your own mat! This BASI pilates class is instructed in Finnish but the instructor can translate the main points in English as well if needed. Attention! Please bring your own mat to the trial class and the course! Welcome to try BASI Pilates for one hour! If you want to continue practicing this form of exercise, as a SYKETTÄ user you can register for a BASI Pilates course at a discounted price. There will be two courses held in spring 2025, and registration for the first course is now open. -The first course will be held from January 22nd to February 26th, on Wednesdays from 7.10 pm to 8.10 pm. -The course will be held in the Raittiustalo hall and will be instructed by certified yoga and Pilates instructor Kirsi Tammi. -The course can accommodate 25 participants and will take place if there are at least 20 participants. -The course fee is €41 per person, and registration for the course closes on January 16th. -Enrol in a course via SYKETTÄ sports calendar Cancel your enrollment at least 4 hours prior to the start of the session. Enrolling for the morning classes that start before 10 a.m. must be cancelled at latest 12 hours prior. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk. Please follow all the safety recommendations and regulations given. |
