| More information | Welcome to the BASI Pilates course. Two courses will be held in spring 2025. The BASI pilates course is instructed in Finnish but the instructor can translate the main points in English as well if needed. Attention! Please bring your own mat. -The first course will be held from January 22nd to February 26th, on Wednesdays from 7.10 pm to 8.15 pm (6 x) The course will be held in the Raittiustalo hall and will be instructed by certified yoga and Pilates instructor Kirsi Tammi. -The course has a capacity of 25 participants and will take place if there are at least 17 participants. -The course fee is €41 per person, and registration for the course closes on January 16th. -Register for the course through the SYKETTÄ sports calendar. -The course fee can also be paid with ePassi. -Payment information will be sent to participants before the course. NOTICE!! The front door of Raittiustalo is opened 15 minutes before the class starts and is closed during the class. There is none changing rooms. There is a one quite roomy toilet on the street level and a lobby and toilets on the ground floor where you can change clothes. Shower facilities are not available. REMEMBER to bring your own mat! |
