More information Aerial yin yoga is done with aerial sling. Sling-Yin consist of peaceful Yin Yoga asanas inside the sling and on the floor with the sling. We held each asana (posture) couple of minutes and we move slowly from posture to posture. The sling supports the body and the postures different way than the floor so you get new kind of experience compared to traditional Yin Yoga. No experience from aerial yoga or yin yoga is needed. Comfortable and warm clothing is recommended.

Remember to cancel the class on time if you can’t participate!
You can cancel the class at the latest on 1.10.
Note that the cancellation period varies from event to event: There are some classes (arranged by external partners) that requires you to enroll before certain date. This is told in the description of the class, so read the information carefully!

Cancellation or getting sick – without a penalty fee
Cancel your registration no later than 24 hours before the event
Notify SYKETTÄ Kuopio employees of your illness before the event starts, so you will not be charged a penalty fee.

The penalty fee (€10) is charged
for not canceling or canceling late
if you report your illness only during or after the event, then please provide us with a sick leave certificate or pay the €10 penalty
