More information	Les Mills BODYSTEP is an effective aerobic training. In class, you step on a board, the height of which you can adjust yourself. The class especially loads the muscles of the legs as well as the respiratory and circulatory system. Flowing choreography and incendiary music complete your exercise experience. In this class, everyday worries will be forgotten! Cancellation or getting sick – without a penalty fee Cancel your registration no later than 24 hours before the event Notify SYKETTÄ Kuopio employees of your illness before the event starts, so you will not be charged a penalty fee. The penalty fee (10€) is charged for not canceling or canceling late if you report your illness only during or after the event, then please provide us with a sick leave certificate or pay the 10€ penalty
