| More information | FREE Rugby Trial on the Tatami Come and try rugby! Time: 14:00–15:00 (Max 10 participants) Location: Kuopio Sports and Martial Arts Center LIIKE, located in the basement of Kauppapaikka Birger, Väliköntie 4. The coach will let participants in at 13:50. If you arrive later, please call Maria at 045 2306689. WHAT IS RUGBY? - A versatile ball game played with an oval-shaped ball. - The goal is to carry the ball over the try line and ground it. - The ball carrier is stopped by tackling. - The ball can only be passed backward. - The field is the size of a football pitch, with 15 players per team. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? - Indoor sportswear - Water bottle - Barefoot on the tatami! - A towel to dry your feet (feet must be washed before stepping onto the tatami). |
