| More information | Xmas cardio will develop your aerobic condition and endurance! We will get heart rates up with bodyweight exercises, jumps and running drills. The work is done in intervals, so there will bebe time to recover too. The class will end with ab training and stretching. Take indoor sport clothes, shoes and water bottle with you! |
