| More information | A gentle yoga class designed for the inflexible and stiff people. We will train body control and deep muscles. The tempo is peaceful. You do not need any previous experience with yoga! Take with you warm and comfortable clothes. You can do the class without shoes, but take socks with you to keep warm. Welcome! NOTICE! If you bring your own yoga mat, you do not need to enroll. The exercise mats in Opistotie are too slippery for doing yoga. |
