| More information | This core training class is taught by a physiotherapist and the focus of the class is on body awareness and activation of deep stabilizing muscles. Different exercises increase your bodyawareness and body control and also elasticity and strength of the muscles. Regular core training will help you to use right muscles which can lead to better posture and less pain. Please wear elastic (and warm) clothes and socks for this class. |
