| More information | On Valentine's day 14.2. you can bring your friend to this class even if they don't have the SYKETTÄ sticker! Your friend must be a student or staff member in one of Kuopio's universities. Your friend doesn't need to enroll for the class. ------ In this class we merge HIIT training (high intensity interval training) and bodycare. After a good warm up, we have 30 minutes of HIIT training and last 15 minutes of the class we will do active and passive stretching and overhaul our bodies. For this class you will need indoor sport clothes and shoes and water bottle. |
