| More information | Cancelled due to lack of participants. WHAT? Basics of Olympic weightlifting! This course is suitable for beginners and those who want to rehearse safe lifting techniques. The intensive course lasts one weekend. WHERE? Sunset TL (situated in Väliköntie 4, martial arts center Liike) WHEN? Saturday-Sunday 20.-21.11.21. On Saturday at 14.30-16.00 and on Sunday at 10-11.30. CONTENT? On Saturday focus is in Jerk and on Sunday Snatch technique. ENROLLING? Via the sports calendar. Cancelling your enrollment is possible until 13.11. (one week before the course), after that the enrolling is binding and you are obliged to pay the course fee! FEE? 49 €, which will be paid to Sunset TL when the course starts. GROUP? Min. 10 persons, max. 16 persons |
