| More information | You are welcome to invite one of your study friend or colleague who is a member of university community but doesn`t have a SYKETTÄ sticker. Inform Tiitta by (tiitta.paajanen(at)savonia.fi) 14.2. at 2 pm if you come with a friend. During the class, various exercises are performed to support stretchability and mobility, which help the body recover from stress. The class consists of warm-ups, stretching and a final relaxation, during which the whole body is examined. The class is suitable as such or after a workout as a body care. For the class, you will need a training mat and a bottle of water and, if desired, warmer clothing. Cancel your enrollment at least 4 hours prior to the start of the session. Enrolling for the morning classes that start before 10 a.m. must be cancelled at latest 12 hours prior. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk.
