More information Welcome to Running School!

Running school includes a lecture (on Tuesday 25th April at 18.00–19.30) and 4 x 90 min trainings. The lecture is held at Microkatu campus, Microkatu 1. Meeting at A lobby at 17.55.

The lecture is about the basics of endurance training and planning your own training program. After lecture you will be informed about the places for trainings.

Trainings:
- on Wednesdays at 18.00–19.30
-3.5., 10.5., 17.5. and 24.5.
- Basic endurance exercise, meeting point at Kuopio hall, outdoor exercise
- 2x speed endurance training, one training at Puijo, one training: meeting point at Ykkösrasti (Tasavallankatu 26)
- playing with speeds: speed endurance, maximum endurance and speed intervals at Väinölänniemi
- coordination and technique training is done a little bit in every time

Enroll: Via the sports calendar. When you enroll for the first class you enroll for the whole course.
Cancellations: Have to be made 21.4. at 12.00am by latest. After that the enrolling is binding and you are obliged to pay the sports fee.

Price: 30 €/person. Payment details from the instructor. Participation in the course requires a valid SYKETTÄ sticker.

Group size: Min. 10 and max. 30 persons
