SYKETTÄ Christmas Carneval – Ending the season on 14.12.2015

WHAT? Come to end your year with style on SYKETTÄ Christmas Carneval! We offer you tasty classes from our spring calendar FOR FREE – and you don’t even need a SYKETTÄ-sticker!

WHEN? On Monday 14.12.2015 between 15.30 and 20.00. Come join us for a half an hour or for the whole evening!

WHERE? Studentia offers you instructed group classes between 15.30 and 19.00. Opistotie offers open ball sports between 16.00 and 20.00.

HOW MUCH? We offer you all this FREE OF CHARGE! You don’t even need a SYKETTÄ sticker. It’s enough if you are a student or staff member of UEF or Savonia.

HOW TO ENROLL? You don’t have to even enroll! Just give yourself a tiny moment and come fetch welfare from happy atmosphere.

WHAT ELSE? We offer you glögi (mulled wine) and small sweets in Opistotie from 16.00 and in Studentia from 15.30. From Studentia you can also buy a SYKETTÄ-sticker for Spring 2016 between 10.00 and 18.00!

16.00 – 16.30 Dance & Body overhaul /Inka (sections 1-2)
16.00 – 17.00 KickFit /Anssi & Karim (section 3)
16.30 – 17.00 Burpee-challenge /Hanna (sections 1-2)
* Come and challenge yourself! We draw 2×30€ gift sertificates for Stadium! Challenge: 1st minute = 1 Burpee, 2nd minute = 2 Burpees, 3rd minute = 3 Burpees etc. as long as you can!
17.00 – 18.00 Aikido /Mohamed (section 3)
17.00 – 17.30 Thigh-buttock-stomach /Paula (sections 1-2)
17.30 – 18.00 Bodyweight-training /Henna (sections 1-2)
18.00 – 18.45 Zumba /Olga (sections 1-3)

You can join the classes how you like and what are the best schedules for you.

Buy yourself a SYKETTÄ-sticker for Spring 2016 from Studentia between 10.00 and 18.00.
In Studentia you will find glögi and small sweets from 15.30.

PROGRAM: Opistotie – Open ball sports

16.00 – 16.55 Floorball
17.00 – 17.55 Volleyball
18.00 – 18.55 Basketball
19.00 – 19.55 Futsal

There is a whole Opistotie sports hall in use of the turns. 

You will meet Mikko Pajunen at the Opistotie, who is in charge of the turns and who will put on the games and open the doors etc.

There is also glögi and small sweets at the Opistotie from 16.00.
