New: materials for home training

We have added a new page “materials for home usage” to our web page! It is under the link “offerings”. That page is only open for registered users. There will be added home training videos and other materials our instructors create during the hiatus on spring 2020.

Using the material bank does not require a sports sticker! However, you need to register for the page. Registeration is open and free for students and staff members of universities in Kuopio.

We are sorry to inform you that we can offer the materials are only in Finnish at the moment.
