| More information | Zumba is "exercise in disguise". It feels like being in a Latin party, while burning calories and working out your whole body. During the class there will be a mix of Latin rhythms that will be combined with low, medium and high intensity moves. This class is designed for everybody regardless of experience, age, body type etc. Don't miss the chance to feel the music, discover your own way of moving to the music, and have a blast! Remember to take a water bottle with you! |
