More information | Yoga is a training method where you concentrate on working with your body and mind. It relieves physical stress and pain and offers balance to your everyday life. In power yoga classes the focus is on mixing bodyweight training and improving flexibility in different kind of yoga asanas. We pay special attention to strengthening our supportive muscles (bandhas) and safe body alignment working. No earlier experience in yoga needed. Avoid eating heavy meals 1-2 hours before the class. Please take a drinking bottle and a towel with you. |
