Thigh-stomach-buttocks (TSB) class is a muscle tone exercise which is mainly focused on lower- and middle-body. It is a training done with your own body weight. In this class you will do multiple sort of muscle tone exercises and effective middle-body training. In addition you’ll get a pulse raising interval training where the sweat flows. In the end there is a some stretching. We will do the same program for about a month, so you have time to learn the exercises properly.

The class doesn’t include any step series and you can do it with your own tempo, but notice that there are jumps at the interval parts. We recommend that you should have done little bit training before taking this class. Remember that you can always make the movements by your own condition.

You need with you a water bottle, little sweat towel and indoor-shoes (or bare feet).
