| More information | 15.00 – 16.00 Come and try Tai Shin Mun kungfu, Snellmania mirror hall, max 16 participants Tai Shin Mun (Da Sheng Men, The School of The Great Sage), also known as monkey-kung fu, is a traditional Chinese martial art. It encompasses all the elements of a traditional martial art style. As a comprehensive system it include; martial art techniques for self defence, traditional massage and physical hardening- and breathing-exercises. Tai Shin Mun is not a sport and therefore does not include competition. The purpose of training is to improve ones health and enhance fortitude. The style suits all sizes, ages and sexes. |
