| More information | Have you always wanted to learn different dance types? Now is your chance! This autumn we focuse on four different types of dance that each are danced for three weeks. The structure of the classes is the same but the dance styles are different. The clas contains warming up, maybe a little bit muscle tone, technique practice and stretching. At the end of the lesson a brief and easy choreography is practiced, which is also a good brain drain! The most important thing is to have a positive and relaxed attitude as well as finding your own style. You do not have to have any previous dance experience as long as you have enthusiasm!
