| More information | Gym circuit in the Opistotie health gym. Gym circuit develops your muscle tone and endurance. This class is suitable for all, because you can easily adjust the weights used and intensity of the exercises. We apply training machines, other equipment and bodyweight exercises to get a varied and effective training session. Just bring indoor sport clothes and a water bottle. |
