| More information | WHAT? Swimming technique course 1 This course is for you if you can swim breaststroke but you are not used to swim with your head under water. In this course we will practise breathing techniques in the water, floating, gliding and basics of freestyle and backstroke swimming. Notice! You must have basic swimming skill (swimming 50-100 meters) When the course starts on 4.11., please be at 20.15 in the Niirala swimming hall lobby. Take a 50 cent coin with you to use the lockers. WHERE? Kuopio swimming hall at Niirala. Address: Hannes Kolehmaisen katu 3, 70110 Kuopio WHEN? Five times 60 min. Five Mondays at 20.30-21.30. These Mondays are 4.11., 11.11., 18.11., 25.11. and 2.12. ENROLLING? Before 28th of October. Also the cancelling, if you cannot participate, must be done at latest 28.10. After that the enrolling is binding and you are obliged to pay the course fee. GROUP SIZE? Minimum 6 and max 12 participants. INSTRUCTOR? Kuopion uimaseura's swimming instructor FEE?
