| More information | This gentle Christmas yoga class is suitable for beginners. This class guides you to perceive your own body as well in the movement as in stabilized asanas safely. We focus on easy exercises, opening up the body guidelines and overhauling the body. We activate our muscle tone and get flexibility and mobility in our bodies. In every class you have a possibility for relaxation and focusing on your own body and mind. Namaste! Notice! If you bring your own yoga mat, you can join the class without enrolling |
