| More information | In the gym start course, you will learn the technique of gym equipment and get tips for movements performed with free weights. The goal of the course is to be able to train independently in the gym after the course. In addition, you get a gym program that helps independent training. The course includes four meetings. When you sign up for the first time of the course, you sign up for all four times. Welcome! The duration of the course is five hours and takes place on Mondays: For staff: 11.9., 18.9., 25.9., 2.10. and 9.10. Another couse for all coming on: 23.10., 31.10., 6.11., 13.11. ja 20.11. Cancel your enrollment at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk.
