Group classes in June and August 1.-28.6. and 10.-30.8.
In the summer we train outside, enjoying the summer air. In addition we organize classes in Pole Center’s facilities. The ballsports sticker is now also a group class sticker – you can join the summer classes with either of the stickers!
How does it work?
- You can find the classes from the sports calendar. Please enroll via the calendar as usual and cancel your enrollment, if you can’t make it. In the summer you will get a sanction if you do not come to the class you have enrolled for.
- Join the Facebook group SYKETTÄ rinnassa to get the latest updates about the summer classes. If there’s cancellation, the instructor will let you know about it via e-mail, so please check your mail regularly and make sure we have the correct address for you!
- Remember to take a water bottle and sport clothes by the weather!
- If the weather is terrible, the class is taught via Zoom
- Remember the good hygiene and keep a safe distance to others!
- There is no classes before Midsummer on Thu 18.6.
Ball sports turns and gyms
Unfortunately due to corona outbreak regulations of UEF, the University sport facilities are closed during the summer.
Studentia and Snellmania are reopened in August, and then you can train in the gym and do ball sports!
What to do if I don’t have a valid SYKETTÄ sticker?
NOTICE! The ballsports sticker is now also a group class sticker – you can join the summer classes with either of the stickers!
Our selling points are closed, but if you need to buy a sticker, you can use our web shop. It is unfortunately in Finnish, but there is only on sticker sold, so you can’t buy a wrong one. We can also help you if you contact us.

The gym membership for the summer is 79 €! (3 months membership)
The 3 month card mus be activated during May!
You can also purchase the gym card one month at a time for 29 €/month.

Pole Center
– 8€/visit

– Online classes via Zoom 4€/h.
– Courses in June:
Pole choreography course starts on Wed 9.6. at 17.45-18.45 – the classes are always at the same time for four weeks.
Commercial Dance course starts on Wed 10.6. at 18-19 – the classes are always at the same time for four weeks.
The course fee is 45€/ course (incl. 4 times)

Studio Tempo
Tempo offers two different kind of packages:
1. Summer card (140€), including just gym, and its valid until 30.8.2020
2. Summer card (170€), including gym, group classes, live classes and virtual classes. Card is valid until 30.8.2020.
