More information Come and enjoy the Puijo’s diverse environment for outdoor activities along the trails. Trail running improves not only the aerobic endurance but also agility, motor /body control and coordination. Trail running session includes warm-up and variable run exercises. We also do different muscle strength and supportive exercises.

You don’t need earlier experience of trail running., but the Puijo's terrain is challenging, so it would be good if you had some previous endurance training experience.

Take suitable and comfortable clothes and training shoes (for running). The best and safest running experience you will get with trail running shoes, but they are not a precondition for participation. We’ll meet outside the building beside the jumping hill of Puijo. Trail running is held in the autumn during weeks 36-41 (until autumn vacation). Weeks 38 and 40 are a little bit tougher runs!
