More information	This class is instructed in English, A simple but efficient class for overall fitness. No hard choreography, nothing too fancy – just an honest workout with a sweat guarantee! Exercises are done with your own bodyweight or small extra weights. Suitable also for beginners, but you can decide how intense workout you want! For this class you need indoor sports clothes and a water bottle. Welcome!
