| More information | Start your day with cozy, awakening body maintenance! NOTICE! This class is in place called 7Omatila. Address: Koljonniemenkatu 34 as 7 You can arrive this class all sleepy and straight out of bed, and be totally yourself. We start this class very slow, only focusing on breathing. Slowly we start to add some movement and do some dynamic stretching. In the end of the class you are ready to face the day refreshed and energetic! There is a recommendation to wear a face mask in our classes. |
