Instructed group classes 15.5.–15.6. and 21.–31.8.
During the summer we will enjoy the sun and fresh air – the summer classes take place inside and outside Studentia and in the slopes of Puijo. You can join the summer classes with one of the following stickers:

Instructed group class and ball sports stickers for fall 2023 will be on sale 1st of August 2023.
Summer classes between 15.5.–15.6.
- Monday
- 16.15–17.10 Kettlebell at Studentia
- 17.00–17.55 Ballet for adults (NOTE. the class is held only twice: 15.5. and 22.5.), KRV centre
- Tuesday
- 16.15–17.10 Yoga flow at Studentia
- 17.00–18.00 Puijo workout, meeting at the bottom of Puijo’s stairs
- Wednesday
- 17.00–17.55 ATB at Studentia
- 18.05–19.00 Strengthen and stretch at Studentia
- Thursday
- 16.15–17.10 Summer vibes -treeni, Studentia

How does this work?
- You need a valid SYKETTÄ sticker to join the classes.
- You can find the classes from the sports calendar. Please enroll via the calendar as usual and cancel your enrollment, if you can’t make it.
- Remember to take a water bottle and sport clothes according to the weather!
- No matter the weather, we will train!
Gyms 1.6.–13.8.
- Studentia:
- 19.- 22.6. open Mon–Fri between 7–21 o`clock. (The doors will be closed at 20.00 o`clock.)
- Fri 23.6. closed
- 26.6. – 29.6. open Mo-Fri between 10–18 o`clock.(The doors will be closed at 17.00 o`clock.)
- Fri 30.6. open between 7-13 o`clock. (The doors will be closed at 12.00 o`clock.)
- 3.7. – 13.8. open Mo-Fri between 10–18 o`clock.(The doors will be closed at 17.00 o`clock.)
- Snellmania:
- Snellmania gym, tatami and mirror hall are closed until 31st of August due to a 2nd floor renovation
- Kunnonsali: Gym shifts once a week June, July and August Tuesdays 16-19 o`clock, enroll via sports calendar
- KuoFit: Gym shift is once a week until the end of May and again beginning of August.
- City of Kuopio gym cards for Rajala and Kotkankallio are on sale continually with the SYKETTÄ discount. You can buy the gym cards from Kuopio-halli.
Ball sport shifts
Studentia’s sports hall is open 1.–16.6. between 7–14 and closed from June 19th to August 18th due to light repair.

Courses
Basics of Acrobatics
- If you ever wanted to learn basic acrobatics, ex. handstand, headstand and flips, now is your chance! I have over ten years experience in gymnastics and I am happy to share my expertise with you! This course is aimed for beginners, but I can also provide guidance to hard exercises for advanced students.
